Machinery / Electrical / Electricity, - Pengalaman min. 2 years in the same field, the field of maintenance / managers of office buildings, - Understanding the Building Management & able to communicate well with the tenant   CHIEF ENGINEER (CE) - Men, min.30 years of age. - Pendidikan min. D3 Electrical / Machinery - Experience Min. 3 years of experience in the treatment / management of building resorts / hotel. - Able to operate computer (Ms. Office) - Willing to placed in the Learning Center Ciawi, Kab. Bogor.   GENERAL AFFAIRS HEAD (GA) - Female, age max. 35 years - Pendidikan S1 Architect / Civil Engineering / Management - Min 2 years experience as a General Affairs Head / Building Manager - Understanding the following operational attributes of the building (Housekeeping, Landscape, Parking Management, etc.) - Customer Service oriented and result oriented - Having a personality and able to communicate well, - Having a high leadership, analytical ability and high creativity, - Ability to cooperate and adaptable - Able to work under pressure - Conducted live in the area or surrounding Bintaro   GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF - Male / Female age, age max. 35, - Experience working for a min. 2 years, preferably in hospitally industry, - Experience dealing with housekeeping and parking management, - Costumer service oriented and result oriented, - Having a personality and able to communicate well, - Able to work in a team and be highly adaptable, - Able to work under pressure   TECH (TEK) - Male, age max. 30 years - STM/D1/D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electricity - Understand electrical systems - Understand system working AC, STP and Genset - Able to operate computer (Ms. Office) - Willing to work shift - Pengalaman min. 2 years in the same field, the field of maintenance / managers of office buildings.   If you meet the above requirements and feel you are a suitable person to occupy one of these positions, please send your resume with attach: copy of certificate, CV & recent photograph to fit with credit hr@nmc.co.id subject the position code.
